Hello! I'm Vicki, founder of Primary Steps and an Assistant Head Teacher and EYFS Leader in an Inner London School. I have a vast range of experience in teaching, leadership and governance, including setting up and leading a brand new EYFS provision to achieve an Outstanding OFSTED and win the Nursery World 'Best in Schools' award. I am so happy to be able to share some of my knowledge and experience with you.
